Levern Coger-Sanchez is currently head of Executive Recruitment at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.  In that role, she is responsible for driving the talent acquisition hiring as well as the strategy for the most senior levels within this global organization.  In her previous life, she’s been a labor and delivery coach as well as an event planner.  This native New Yorker is a wife and mother of three.    In her “spare” time, she services as a volunteer college coach to first generation college students.  She enjoys showcasing her artistic skills at Muse Paintbar as well as escape rooms.  Levern’s passion for pageants developed as a result of her oldest daughter competing for a crown and sash.   She’s excited to join the Ultimate International Miss family so that she can tap into her experience and passion for helping young women be the ultimate version of themselves.
